At 5 pm in the Evening, As My Husband was Driving home From Work We Decided that we would Call in an order to This Rafael 's Restaurant which to be honest, when you dine in , the food is good HOWEVER, I ATTEMPTED TO CALL 9 TIMES AND THE 8TH AND 9TH TIME SOMEONE PICKED UP AND SAID WE ARE TOO BUSY TO TAKE PHONE ORDERS AND HUNG UP ON ME COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY I GUESS ,IN THEIR MARKET RAFAEL 'S IN JASPER, TN MUST BE BOOMING WITH SO MUCH BUSINESS THEY DONT NEED ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMERS AT THIS TIME SAD... This restaurant has a hometown feel to it. Menu had a wide variety of Italian and American foods. We had eggplant parm and manicotti. Both were delicious! Served fresh and hot! Sauce was just right, very good! My only suggestion would be more garlic on the breadsticks because I'm a garlic lover! If we lived in the area, we would be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
