Great place, look like brand new KFC. Chicken is fresh and crispy.

I went through the drive-thru and it was a very pleasant experience. The lady who took my order didn't crash me, which is very nice. Many other fast food centers are too worried about their window times and try to hurry customers. That wasn't the case. It's been a while since I saw the menu right. I usually command the same thing. I just wanted something different today. And only able to go to the drive-thru and see the menu without the extra fear of rush was very nice. This does not mean that the service was slow. Once I placed my order, the service was fast and CORRECT. Thanks KFC from Kimball.

Fantastic experience. Service personnel were friendly and clearly communicated. The food was quickly prepared and hot and freshly cooked. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. We stopped the best fast food on our trip home.

Here on the way back to Chattanooga I ordered a chicken sandwich and some potatoes and a drink. On my drink on the way home and the mixture was perfect. Remember, my air was in my car the whole trip. Somehow, my food was still warm when I moved into my highway. I'm amazed. That was a 35-minute drive. I swear I can't get hot food anywhere in my hometown and drive home for 10 minutes and even warm it up. The food was fresh and delicious. Very recommended!

I ordered on the app, and it was ready when I got there. Lobby was closed due to a shortage of staff, which could be why I got only 2 pieces in my 3 piece meal. When I went back, the lady at the drive thru apologized and gave me an extra piece of chicken. Great service in a tough situation!
