Mooses Nook Chophouse - Jasper

This restaurant offers the most incredible dining experience ever! Their menu is 90% gluten-free and they are extremely accommodating. Simply amazing!

That is the steakhouse in the fairmont jasper park lodge. they asked us at the stand of the host, whether we had food allergies and then obviously immediately transmitted these information to the waiter, as he welcomed me not only with udis roll (in a separate toaster roasted! but also with a separate butter bowl to avoid cross-contamination. the steak, kartoffel and vegetables were stellar and the service was excellent. it is expensive, but I highly recommend it, especially if they stay in the jasper park lodge. P.S. there was a secret gluten-free chocolate cake dessert option, not listed on the menu.

This was the best dinner I've ever had! The menu is mostly gluten-free, making it very accommodating. Absolutely incredible!

I had a wonderful dining experience at the steakhouse in the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. The staff was attentive to food allergies, offering Udi’s rolls toasted in a separate toaster and a separate butter dish to avoid cross-contamination. The steak, potatoes, and veggies were exceptional, and the service was top-notch. While it may be on the pricier side, I highly recommend dining here, especially if you are staying at the Jasper Park Lodge. A secret gluten-free chocolate cake dessert option was also available, not listed on the menu.
