Bidrage med feedbackI’ve never written negative feedback about a business before, sometimes people just have bad days and they need to be given a break, but after the the interaction I had with the business owner tonight it is clear this is not just a bad day. He’s just a bad man. My Mum witness the owner of Fioris yelling and screaming at a young female employee which she heard from around the corner, he then proceeded to fire her and slam the door on her because she dared to ask for her pay she was entitled to. A little shocked I told my mum I’d call up and speak to the owner, before I could even say anything more than ‘My mother witness the way you spoke to’ he began screaming at me over the phone and then hung up. Apparently he speaks to all his staff like this on a regular basis. Sometimes his customers as well. I won’t be supporting anyone who treats their staff and customers this way. I’m disgusted by this man and feel terrible for his staff.
The owner of this place needs therapy. Terrible customer service don't waste your time with this restaurant
This restaurant is absolutely disgusting! I can't believe it's still in business.
The owner of this restaurant should be replaced. Their behavior is irrational, dangerous, and completely unacceptable. They should not be allowed to continue operating any hospitality business.
This was the worst dining experience of my life. It was my birthday. My mum suggested this restaurant as she 'd been there before years ago. I tried to phone to book but they weren 't open. The website said to text the owner to book. So on the Sunday (6 days prior to the dinner night) I texted to book. On the Monday I got a reply saying that my booking was confirmed under my name for 6:30pm for 10 people. On the Saturday night we turned up on time but the waitress couldn 't find our booking. They seated us at one of the tables for ten, obviously thinking it was a name error. We ordered soft drinks for the kids and the waitress opened our bottle of bubbles. We started to discuss the menu. 15 minutes later another group of ten arrived. The owner screamed around the whole restaurant Someone doesn 't have a booking. I only took phone bookings this week no text bookings. I swiftly (but nicely) showed him the proof of the text message booking and his confirmation message (from the owner himself). He did NOT apologise to us AT ALL or the other group. He proceeded to order us to get up! Get our things and he was setting up a grotty plastic table in the tiny entryway and takeaway section of the restaurant. It would have only fit 6 epople at best. I 'm not sure how he presumed we were going to be fine dining in there with ten of us, in the pizza take away section on a plastic picnic table. What a joke! My sister said if we stayed would we get a discount. Due to the ENORMOUS stuff up and the terrible seating situation she asked for 50%. He scoffed and yelled at her 15%. It was the rudest thing I have ever experienced. I told my family let 's go I didn 't want to give my money to this irrational man who has no idea how to treat his customers with respect. The whole restaurant was appalled. Two little girls at another table were in tears. We skulled our glass of champagne, which I 'd only had a few sips of prior to this and went outside to try to get a late booking for ten people at another restaurant a lovely Thai restaurant in Engadine where the staff were lovely. They even sang me happy birthday. Why on earth he: a) Didn 't apologise b) Asked us to move when we were there first and also had a confirmed booking and c) Yelled like a crazy man that he was going to set off the alarm on us when we were unhappy with our treatment and told him so. After I texted my disapproval that evening of the way we were treated, he has phoned my phone twice and threatened me with lawyers if we give a bad review. Whatever you do Do not go here. Go somewhere where you get treated with the respect you deserve as a paying customer. Especially on your birthday!
