Wendy's - Janesville

We had just frostys from our local wendy’s on milton ave in janesville wisconsin. the frosters were not thick. they were more like a chocolate shaker. my 4 years old son could drink his sipp beaker. when I called the load to complain to me, the manager said they came out of the machine because of the heat. he said he couldn't do anything about it. He said I should put her in the freezer. he didn't offer me any new ones. he wasn't very kind. I'm not happy.

After forgetting our chili in our bag, we wait 7 cars 20 minutes then we asked for fresh French fries they said we didn’t order them? We had two meals since when don’t they come with fries! Understand English RULE NUMBER 1 Ill caution anyone do not leave drive thru without checking your food!

This wendy's is absolute trash (HOW DOES IT HAVE 3.6 STARS? Are these ancient reviews, or do you people just have that low of expectations? They some how take 5+ minutes in the drive through to bring you ICE cold and/or dehyrdated food. This is not a one-off experience. I have given them chances time and time again, because if you get fresh food, its actually pretty decent. The problem with this particular wendy's is, that is almost NEVER the case. This place is run by lazy cheapskates . Tonight I was served a double stack with a half inch of mustard and ketchup , served at room temperature . My spicy chicken sandwich was essentially jerky. I threw both things away. Do NOT ever give these people your business. It's not worth it, it's never going to be as good as you expect it to be. Do yourself a favor and just go to the mcdonalds right next door or taco bell. They are actually run well.

I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's! Every time I've visited, they've messed up my order. Today, the woman at the window was talking over me and refused to correct my order. I definitely won't be returning!

I haven't had my order correct in over a year. I ordered lunch for my team today, and every single item was wrong. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. From now on, I’ll be going to the other location in Janesville.
