Firehouse Subs Janesville

This is the first time we have been in a Firehouse Subs, and we are so happy that we decided to eat there! Beautiful relaxing and welcoming atmosphere; friendly, helpful and very funny staff; and the food was wonderful. I wanted to complete the online survey (which I never do) but we accidentally saved the receipt with the link. I leave this well-deserved review here (which I never do). My only regret is that we live 4 hours away, so the chance to return is quite slim. Otherwise we would eat again and again in this restaurant. (Visited 9/29/22, 1:00 am)

Excellent service and good food. The dining room is designed with a lot of space between chairs. There were no stands and all tables were free standing. The restroom was right from the entrance and quite clean. The ordering process is uncomplicated. You choose from a menu with preconfigured options and optional ingredients. Process is everything together simpler and simpler than, for example, Subway. This last visit I was lucky enough to serve the General Manager in the register itself. Was remarkably friendly and helpful. I thought it was unique that the restaurant had high chairs. Do not remember to see them in other similar facilities. The cashier/GM quickly offered my son a fire hat and later a Rice Krispies treat. The food itself is particularly good. Like most firehouse bottoms, the meat and ingredients are plentiful, tasty, with a good texture, and cut into half with a 45° diagonal in the middle. As with many fireworks, this device offered a menu-controlled soda selector with several options. Only the problem is that the building is difficult to reach from the road. To move a roundabout in one direction. Has two parking spaces in a 90° angle conflicting with each other.

Food was amazing and ready for pick up after order via the mobile app. Unfortunately, the situation is not so great. Physically, the building is in a terrible place: roundabout, tiny parking next to a particularly crowded chain restaurant drive thru, uncontrolled entry. Sad that access is so limited and potentially dangerous because the product is very quality.

I went with a friend here for my birthday and the employees were over and over extremely good for us... I highly recommend this place! I'm definitely back!
