Bidrage med feedbackDear caseys pizza and the shops are always up to date, but this load is the worst. the food takes too long or I come in and they have not even looked at my order. only half the cooler are ever on camp and I can see skids behind. it is regrettable that this is the largest casseys in janesville.
The sub I got the first time was extremely poorly made, 2nd time I order forgot half my order and said couldn't refund money, 3rd time took 2 hours to get food and when I cancelled it they said couldn't give money back had to go through door dash and I couldn't get ahold of them
It's ok. Convenient area. Cashier was disrespectful because I gave her a hundred dollar bill and she couldn't get change from somewhere. She might be new but should have better customer service skills. Usually higher gas prices than everyone else. They put a $75 hold on your card for gas. So you can't use it shorrly after you get gas if that's all you all in your bank. I write a check and they look like it's fraudulent. I choose Kwik Trip.
Wrost customer service ever! Cashier Amy (assistant manager) was on the phone, looks like she was talking with a friend She didn't even looked at me not even a hi. Definitely not coming back!
Will never order food online from them again put in order and waited 2 hours and still don't have food cancelled order and now have to fight to get my money back
