I'm going a lot here because I work with it. also they transfer my order about 50 percent of the time, so if they can add. plan to pay for it and not get it. if they don't say they tend to put nothing on their burgers. it also runs down and not upright. I even had one who once wanted to steal my gift card. that is the reason of all the burger kings.
Slowest drive thru in Janesville. Foods mediocre. Obviously management doesn't have a clue or just don't care. They should be ashamed. Avoid this Burger King there's plenty of other places to go. Food sits on the warmer while employees are on the phone then wants to say they were waiting on something. Why lie about it? We can clearly see the food on the warmer. Ridiculous!!! Spend your hard earned money somewhere that the employees appreciate it.
Disgusting! Won't ever go back again. Called to talk to them about the things found in my daughter's food and the lady hung up on me. So grossed out by the food we received today. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Oh, and waited in drive thru for 25 minutes for the 10 worth of garbage we ordered. I wouldn't feed it to my dog.
Can you please open the inside for delivery drivers we do not have time to wait an hour in the drive thru for something that is already ready. And it’s not fair to the customers either. Or maybe do curbside.
When ever I go to buger king there are closed only drive Thur but I don’t drive and I have a gift card from there never got to use and horrible series cold food late for ever for food and dirty in side when there are open why don’t they closed down and put something else there I don’t know which they whould but a shake and n shake in there thata whould be better thean buger king
