Memphis BBQ Pit - JAMISONTOWN

I ate a ridiculous amount of meat, hot sauce and some yummy fried pickles. I'd have rated 5 star but the bread in my sandwich went soggy too quick. Super tasty meat though, good fries and a nice selection of American sodas to wash it down. Elvis has left the building!

What a find! This place was not what we expected and we couldn't be happier. Staff excellent, I mean these guys should step in and train their services was so good. We were made to feel very welcome from the time we walked in to the time we left.Food choices were plentiful, and took me straight back to America. (no corn but this is soon to be rectified!)Prices very reasonable with 3 of us, (all fairly big eaters) getting a feast for just over $20 each (this included drinks) we were very happy with the value for money.Food was, (how do I say this with out gushing) like a part in my mouth and everyone was invited! Seriously probably the best southern style cooking I have had this side of the pacific!Give this place a go, it won't disappoint. Be carful of the Insanity Wings, not for the faint hearted or even those that may think they are chilli masters, we had one at the table who I have seen eat some stuff I wouldn't try and he cried (seriously funny stuff). But if your game give it a go!

Memphis BBQ Pit has to be the best place in Sydney for American style burgers. My wife and i ordered the Sliders sample pack, a Cheese Burger with extras and the Cheesy Fries....what an incredible fat bomb that tastes absolutely DELICIOUS!!!There are so many nice dishes at this places, from Nachos to Burgers, and Hot Dogs etc. One thing to note is that they don't do Ribs anymore, which is a huge shame as they were incredibly nice.Highly recommend this place

I stopped in for a quick cheeseburger. Totally delicious. Will be back to sample the chicken and ribs!

I have a family of 4 with one super picky eater. We had the pulled pork which was fantastic and the brisket which was also fantastic. My hubby had the pork ribs but we found them to be dry which was disappointing. Overall it was a lovely dinner.
