Never returning here again. 5/14/22. Is it common for the lady behind the counter to yell at customers? We placed an order through the app, arrived at 12:40 and the sandwiches weren’t made because they were out of turkey. The woman behind the counter then chooses to berate my husband because supposedly his phone number wasn’t in the app to call in order to change our order. The phone number is there. She chose to yell at him, telling him “most people don’t have problems putting their phone numbers in.” I guess the under new manager sign means this subway is even worse than before. This could have easily been solved by just telling him that they were out of turkey and moving on. There are great customer service programs available take some training!

It Is May 7 2022The guy working the front counter was rude. Told me after I placed a online order and they closed a hr before hand. The manager told me she refund me. Since I didn’t get my refund. I went back up there today. The guy working the front counter I only refused to give me corporate or the managers name and number. He kicked me out of (His store) We will never go back to this Subway they have no clue what they are doing.

The young man that served me was polite and courteous. He made sure my ordered was what I wanted.... excellent job
