Bidrage med feedbackThis is the only store i visit because the customer service is top notch. The store is always well maintained and clean. The food is always fresh.
Did a mobile order, said it was gonna be ready at 5:50, I got my food at 6:30! They had me waiting for 40 minutes and got everyone in line before me. They were nice about it but ****, ruined my night. Will not be back, I will drive the extra 5 mins and go somewhere else. EDIT: I actually went back and gave it another try and it’s currently 4:30 AM and I am on my 5th trip to the toilet with vomiting and diarrhea.
This Subway store. FORGET IT! They don't answer the phones. I placed an order and got charged x2. I'm missing 3 out of 5 items. When I get off work I will be there to dispute this. The Dasher stated my order wasn't even started when he arrived and had to wait. If I could give this store 0 stars I would! Not the first time I have had an issue with this Subway.
I am flabbergasted ? of the way the manager at this Subway treated my 14 yr old daughter. My daughter got sick Christmas night, she called in sick Sunday and the manager fired her on the spot. It would have been more prudent of him if he had told her, but he didn't reply to the messages she sent telling him she was sick and took her out of the system without notice ???? awesome customer service ?. What he doesn't know is that he fired an AWESOME EMPLOYEE!!!
This subway restaurant is excellent. I brought my wife and mother here for some subs and we were all very impressed. The dining room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was also very friendly. The subs were delicious and all the toppings and bread were very fresh. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
