I hate to do this, but it would help if people understood the orders English a bit better. She wanted to make my order wrong for the second time after my return. I didn't ask for a multigrain bag THIN and have one instead of a regular multigrain. Came back and asked for simple bagel instead of having equal fillings because I did not realize that it was sesame in the multigrain. And then I see them throwing a sesame bagel after we had already confirmed the simple bagel twice. OMG

Had an internet outage in my area and working from home need the Wi-Fi. When I couldn't connect because of the outbreak, it was the first place I thought. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The worse service ever!!! I wish I could give 0. The Indian man who works there, manager or what he thinks. Is the rude, unprofessional, no customer service at All! Never go back. I should have read reviews before I go. No, I can't believe I'm still in business. Get this Indian man some lessons about customer service!!!! And also calculate the change back!!! Keep the change, thief!!!

We got here at 9p. The light outside is shining bright open . The hours of operation on door says open till 10p and drive through open till 11p. But the person inside says it 's closed and they are cleaning up. On top of that the attitude was super rude. Never coming back here again.

Being a small business owner myself, it means a lot to me to support other small businesses. Unfortunately, I can?t with this establishment. They have learned nothing from their negative reviews and customer feedback. It never changes, for years it?s the same issues, orders are never right, donuts are stale and no variety and the language barrier always seems to be a problem, Do yourself a favor and go to any other DD besides this one.
