The food is good, but this time the bread seemed like it was a little old and extra dry, even after vinegar and oil being applied. The store is mostly clean when you come in. What I had a problem with was an elderly gentleman was being helped before my daughter, wife and I and he was treated with zero respect. He questioned the price of two giant sandwiches coming in at a price of over 50 dollars, he did not have chips or drinks. I can only assume after adding up, that he ordered double meat, double cheese and double bacon. Which if he did get all that on his sandwiches, he was robbed, they looked a little light. Anyway when he asked why it was so much, the girl behind the counter was trying her best to explain things. She kind of broke it down, but not enough that he understood. Then a bearded man that was making hot sandwiches came and intervened, and was like what is the problem I have things to do, so he briefly looked at the price on the register and said that it was correct and when the elderly man asked him to explain, he said that it is correct and that he didn't make the prices to take it up with someone else and walked away. The poor elderly man was so defeated that he just payed for his food even though he disagreed with it. I am sure that you have lost a customer over that exchange. I know that because I will not come back to a place that treats elderly people that way, and I would venture to say that he may not return either.
I ordered an Italian sub-in-a-tub (no bread). The vegetables and meat were very fresh and the items were layered perfectly for the best flavor profile.
Mike is great easy to deal with. I did an online order If I read what i put as special instructions i would be confused as well. Mike called me to go over the order.Food is fresh prepared accordingly. Great staff dealt with Tim the other day as well. Very clean!!!!

I had a problem with an order, I paid for something, I did not receive the item, I asked customer service for the $5.55 refund customer support at the NJ headquarters said the owner would reach out to talk about it. Took over 30 days and it finally got resolved with zero help from the owner. In the headquarters notes they claim they asked the store owner to reach out to me multiple times, the owner never did.I have zero respect for this franchise owner. Its bad when headquarters in NJ claims they can't even contact the owner of the store for 3wks+ to resolve your own stores complaint.Customer support originally tried to say I didn't even pay for the item.. they asked for proof of purchase when they already had proof of purchase. Jersey Mike's needs to do better, if your customer service was as good as your food, you wouldn't have lost a long time customer.
