Grappes Restro - Jalgaon

Visited today for second time in this restaurant. Very late service provided. Waiters are not even bother about orders. We have to remind them 4 5 times. Waiting period for order to serve is very high. Overall not happy with the Service and Taste is okay. But never try Khandeshi Item here; You will get better taste in other restaurants.

Worst service .... Taste was not that good...... Don't ever try terrace you have to wait too long to get your food....we had planned a dinner for our group , each one of us were unhappy with the service and food provided by the Grappes.

Good food. Amazing ambience. One of the chicest restaurants in Jalgaon.

Pretty decent restaurant with delicacies that have a very balanced taste. Cheese macaroni might look and sound very basic but it was cooked very well and delicious. Only downside is that, to my surprise, they lack some very generic and basic dishes like crispy corn or a grilled sandwich. One less star for that

It feel special even when u r coming after almost 1 year and this person remember you.I must say if u r visiting here do search for mr kuldeep such a kind hearted and he care for each n every customer.I hvnt seen a person like him.I am so appreciative that there exists a place that still values customer service throughout the hotel.He is totally customer oriented and for him customer satisfaction is important.Wish u more n more success to you mr kuldeep.
