Surali Garden Family Restaurant

May be because we visited on the day of Holika Dahan - they were under-staffed yet had all the sections open. We waited for a good 15mins before the waiter even took notice! Had gone their for their seafood (the reviews were good) but walked out of the place after an hour after having only one tomato soup (which was good)!

Nice decent sized restaurant. quick to serve and the veg food is also good. Though non veg is their main speciality

Bad ambience, Bad food, Bad service, so all in all worst experience. food was cold, came after a long time and when we complained he just heated whatever was left over and said that is policy. so mister, what do I do with the served food? Eat it cold?

Tasty food, good service, ordered for fish which was very fresh, they bring the fish on the table for you to choose, also ordered for some parathas, yellow dal

Went there for a late lunch yesterday.Had 03 veg dishes. The order took quite some time. About 25 minutes.Reordering Roti's took again took more time.Had to go up to the counter for my bill !Looks like the hotel is short staffed. That too during this season ?Would rate 2/5 for the service and 3/5 for the food taste. 3/5 for the qty of food.
