The best fine restaurants I ever eat here (lyon mandarin oriental) French restaurant. pork tenderloin are the best (beautiful and juicy) baked lemon tart and spekulaas really delicious.

Lyon has recently made great improvements both in food and service. janice has made an amazing job to make sure that the fox and boh work together to create an amazing experience that personal training has obviously improved and the atmosphere is now warm and welcoming. our server riccardo was on the table, just before I started looking for him, eating came fast and right, and he could talk us about every dish. highly recommended.

Hasn't been back since one, now better than ever. pan seared foie gras (served with beet chutney *not shown* and earthy, very satisfying,) dover sole meuniere (perfectly de-boned, served still warm,) scallop tar with caviar platt (fitting,) salmon rillette (tilting,) pesto pasta with mushroom and parmesan drizzles (my special request,)

Great traditional French fare at Mandarin Oriental. Our main courses Cod and steak with cafe de paris butter were perfection. The chocolate tart with caramel sea salt ice cream is heaven for those with a sweet tooth an absolute must! Some things that can be improved would be how our cream was served (it was melted by the time it got to our table).

Great experience. Great hospitality, staffs are very nice, polite and friendly. Great food. Brunch include few ala carte menus and all is great.
