Bidrage med feedbackI attempted to get coffee inside the lobby at 4:10pm (give or take a few minutes) on a Saturday. One of the girls who was working literally ran to the door, tried to lock it prior to my reaching the door handle, and then ran back behind the counter.I was a little confused at what had just happened and pulled the door open (she apparently didn?t even lock the door correctly).Her co-worker then sheepishly explained that I could go through the drive thru when I asked what was going on. Rather thanacting like five year olds, it would?ve been helpful if they had just explained that they were closing the lobby and wouldprefer that I went through the drive thru. I left and won?t be returning.
Doubtful experience and doubtful service. Had a problem with my order and I hoped that manager can help, bu it seems that he really don't care about customer service and was about to send me on my way. Hope, that one day they will improve
I regularly use the DD. But no more, I am so tired of going in and ordering and then be expected to wait while they do drive through service, today I placed and easy order, and then waited while they served 6 cars and I still had not got my order, soclearly drive through is the priority. And walk is not, plenty of other DD"s
Ordered a frozen hot chocolate on my way out of town. Got about 10-15 minutes away, went to take a sip one it was coffee! I despise the scent/taste of coffee. Fine waste of $5. So ticked
I don't normally leave reviews but since this is closest dunkins to work I need/hope it does better. Today I asked for my usual french vanilla frozen coffee no whip cream. Typically no problems. Sometimes they forget and put cream on top. Sometimes theythrow me an attitude when I ask them to remove it. I don't care as long as it tastes normal. Today they made it twice. Bothtimes incredibly dark and icy looking. The second attempt I had to just take it because by then I was already at the window agood 10 minutes and had to rush to work
