Taco Bell - Jacksonville

The food was served at the right temperature. The amount of filling in food was a little slim. I was told that they don't give more salt and pepper. Really?

I had a lot of 12-am runs over the years, but this 530-am was the worst. It was 20 minutes before the window, there were 4 cars in front of us, then another 15 on the window. To complete it, of course they forget half the order, which lasted another 10 minutes. I removed parts of the original post, but the stuff that wasn't just rage at the moment. Although this was a bad experience, I gave them a better rating and I am ready to go back after @tacobellcares has gone out of their way to turn the experience!

We visit this place very often as we live very close. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. I find the staff very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Orders are sent correctly for most parts. Eating is usually hot and service in the window is pretty good. Would be great to get straws, napkins, utensils as well as proper food. Or if I have to ask, you don't look like it's the biggest inconvenience in the fast food industry.

Went through the drive through a little after midnight. Dylan was super respectful and patient. He was so friendly that I just had to ask for his name to write this review. I?m really happy and pleased with my visit and will be traveling just a bit further to go to this location because of the nice staff. Thank you so much Dylan!
