I am really disappointed by the quality of my order

Friendliness n service can be deceiving bc food there is terrible! Pay an decent amount n yet i get garbage for lunch! Lets hope breakfast is better! At a different location that is ? Lunch at Tijuana flats from now on

Went in the other day with my husband ordered a few combos. Employee there was picking his nose and rubbing his face. We ordered a crunch wrap asked for extra meat got extra sour cream. Was given 3 napkins. Went back to the counter and asked for more was only given 2 more napkins. Lobby was dirty. Had chips crushed under our table. We left a review via text ane bo response. Was a waste of almost 30 bucks. Train your employees not to be rude. Asked for a full cup of nacho cheese and was told thats how we are told to fill it can't give you more....rude rude rude

They need a new drive thru staff I couldnt even order anything and the black female yelled at me

The young lady that took my order was super nice. No one in drive thru behind me. Sinple order. Missing 3 items. I was on my way home, not going back. Very disappointing. The Taco Bell I normally go to is always on it. Should have checked my bag.
