Starbucks - Jacksonville

I asked for a hot Ariana Grande, but they said it wasn't on the menu. Must be seasonal?

Quick service, professional staff, very clean and organized!

This is officially my favorite Starbucks location! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by several employees, as if I were a friend they hadn't seen in awhile. I placed a mobile order and it was ready by the estimated time. The muffin was the prefect temperature and both it and my coffee were delicious. It's nice and clean inside the store. The ingredients for the drinks even look neatly organized.

Ashley and Malay (I think that was their name) had great attitudes, although I arrived right before closing. Super friendly and helpful as well as good service. Apparently, Starbucks does not allow to tap via credit card that is stupid. But these ladies were super helpful!

Love this location! My drink is always perfectly made, staff is always kind and the place is always spotless (which is especially nice if you’re getting some work done there . Thanks to the staff for all you do :
