Sonic Drive-in - Jacksonville

Beard hair in my chili fries. Also barely any chili on fries, and my pickle fries were drenched in grease. Used to love this sonic. It’s gross now.

By far the rudest sonic I have ever encountered! DO NOT Recommend!!! Didn’t get anything from them but attitude. And all I did was order my food. I then paid at the kiosk like I normally do. When she brought my food out, I gave her a nice tip . Well the ice coffee tasted like burnt coffee , so instead of complaining, I just bought another drink and paid at the same kiosk again. It wasn’t even busy, they only had me and one other vehicle. They brought me the wrong drink out( still didn’t say anything to her)and then she accused me of not paying but I had my receipt that said I had paid. She was so rude to me! She could have nicely explained that the problem was on there end but instead she jumped down my throat and acted like I didn’t want to pay $3 for my drink. I gave her my card to pay for it. But I will NOT be going back to the Jacksonville AL sonic!!!!!

This place has some of the best staff of any fast food establishment I have been to in a LONG time. Everyone that works here is SO nice provides great service. They always introduce themselves, ask if they can do anything else for you, and wish you a blessed day. What more can you ask for?! I visit a few times a week for a drink have never had a bad experience. Stop by see these lovely people!

Got home ordered hamburger with ketchup,mayo,lettuce and tomato only. Got home had cheese on itand wife was very upset! Will not be back, will go to Alexanderia next time!
