Wes our server was wonderful with excellent love to detail. that was delicious.

The drinks were delicious and the food was fresh! zach was amazing and made sure that we took care of it.

Very disappointed. While the food was good and two steps above your local takeout Chinese restaurant, the service was pretty bad. While our waitress was pleasant enough, when I asked if there was anything that I could substitute for rice she told me that I could have a vegetable instead. I chose green beans. After hearing this the other three members of my party then switched to green beans as well. Unfortunately our waitress forgot to mention that this was not a free substitution but woul cost an additional $7.95 each. Additionally, they don’t know how to make hot tea. This is the third time that I’ve been to PF Changs that I’ve received tepid tea. I even requested hot water after tasting the tea and it still came out tepid. Since all four in our party also had tepid tea I guess the don’t have a stove or microwave to heat water. Pretty sad for a Chinese restaurant to not serve hot tea. I don’t think that I’ll return anytime soon which is a shame since again the taste of the food was very good

I hadn't been to P.F. Chang's in over 20 years, so when my friend suggested we meet there for lunch I was very skeptical. I remembered P.F. Chang's serving meals family style and I wasn't a fan of the menu selections. I don't know if it was COVID, focus groups or the parent company that was cause for the change, but I appreciate when a chain makes strides to be better. The new menu options and the flavor of the dishes ensures I will be returning sooner than later.

Went back tonight to celebrate my birthday with my free dessert. Had the fried green beans and the Asian Caesar salad with chicken. Totally enjoyed both although I could not finish either by myself. Sam helped me celebrate my birthday with a bit of sparkle and provided excellent service. Ask for Sam when you visit. I did bring home the majority of the Great Wall of dessert.
