Pdq Jacksonville (town Center/gate Parkway)

Where do I start? the dame at the front counter was not friendly at all, they could say that none of the employees wanted to be there. they all have an acidic look at their faces. the ice machine was outside, they were laying more after 15 minutes. it didn't work yet. when I told them that she blew my eyes. also one of the employees on the front counter with their hairs looked sitting on them. very sanitary. terrible customer service terrible experience.

I’m a frequent visitor to this location which is near the Jacksonville Town Center.I order the 3 chicken tenders meal, pot for salad instead of fries. The breading on the tenders is nicely seasoned and chicken is good and tender. Staff is friendly and helpful every time I visit.

PDQ is always stick to the best quality. They repeat every time and I observe in every visit. Staff always friendly and helpful in ordering and they proactively tell if there are any offers we don’t know. I recommend this place to try.

Food and service was great and fast service. I have noticed the cleanliness has declined since opening. Lots of trash outside and tables were not wiped down.

I LOVE my neighborhood PDQ!!! The town center location is the BEST! Of allllll the times myself and my toddler have hit the drive-thru lol, service is always friendly consistent. Also, our tenders, fries, salads, and sandwiches are always hot, fresh and seasoned perfectly. The lemonade is amazing, the sauces for the tenders offer a nice variety taste, the cookies are great as well (perfect balance of ingredients--not too sweet). I have yet to try the milkshakes (milk sometimes doesn't sit well with me), but I may have to make an exception. One thing is for sure; l ALWAYS frequent this place!
