Papa Johns Pizza - Jacksonville

Bob was so helpful and polite taking our order! He made the experience so much easier at a location We hadn?t ordered from before. Great customer service!

I gave ryan the driver $50 dollars and he said he would break the 50 and never came back with my changes. Im highly upset that he just took my money. Im need my change back once yall open up. THANKS

Terrible customer service . Hard pizza and both pizzas wasn?t cut. Absolutely unacceptable, save yourself the trouble and go to a different papa johns . I?ve never had these problems before but their manager had a nasty attitude (Danny) and ik disgustedwith the whole experience. I will be speaking with a higher up . The photo shows the pizza being darker on the bottom u canbarely see it but it was hard on the bottom and the line u see cut is from us at home . UNACCEPTABLE, when I called u informthem , they didn?t care and said they can?t do nothing since I took the pizza home .

It's a shame I had to give these people one star. Spent close to 60.00 for my order and waited an hour to get it just to realize it was the wrong order. We spent close to another hour trying to get the issue resolved. After finally talking to someone theysaid they would refund the money and send us what we actually ordered. We never received our correct order and the wrong orderthat we did receive was bland and not worth eating.. I will never order from any Papa John's ever again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Waited an hour and a half just to get the wrong order. Then they immediately put us on hold for 15 minutes with the MOST ANNOYING hold recording. Another in our party called and instantly got their call answered while theother person was STILL on hold. They put us on hold AGAIN for 20 minutes, just to get put on hold YET AGAIN for another 30MINUTES!!!!! We called yet a third time and a nice woman answered finally, and she got us a refund and a correct order. She wasvery nice and helpful despite our frustration. Reason #570 why I never order Papa John's. Edit: We never got our replacements..
