Panera Bread - Jacksonville

I just walked in and picked up my online order. I gave the rod member my name at the counter, and she said the two belong to you. only to discover after I have my work with the breakfast of my coworker that there was someone else order, similar to my order, but smaller and some of my foods were gone. simple mistakes, don't worry, we're all human. I called and spoke to the manager. I have requested a refund for the missing article. but he wanted me to go back to the restaurant and pick up my missing items instead of giving me a refund for this missing item. After some, he agreed to give me a refund. but it was annoying, and it didn't make me feel good about this restaurant, and that reminds the consumer.

Eating is great, but the atmosphere kills her. the place needs some cleaning, starting with the entrance door. many crumbs on the floor and it was only the afternoon when we came in.

Met friends here traveled down 95 and it is directly from 295 in a spread shopping center. I was not in order when I had my dog with me, but man went in. beautiful sun and shaded outdoors very pleasant, if u have a dog with & typically farewell but fast to use.

No knock against this location. Staff was friendly and the dining room was clean. Service was fast. However, I had not realized Panera had taken almost everything I liked off their menu. The new chicken sandwiches are acceptable, but certainly not as filling as the good old turkey bacon bravo. No more Paninis ?. Nothing with ham at all. The only good thing about the new menu is there are so few choices , it is easier to decide faster what to eat. For me it will be even easier eat somewhere else ! ?

My first time at this location. I found too long pieces of hair in my salad during my lunch time at this location. So gross. I decided to cancel my membership with panera. I will never eat thier food again even for free.
