Mcdonald's - Jacksonville

The restaurant was very clean and my food was fresh and hot and they wash their hands

Every time I go, they always forget about whether it's my son chocolate milk or his toy is happy food

All about the house. The cashier (short white lady) was free from any joyful and positive demeanor. She was short and defyed in most of her answers, almost made me like an idiot to ask reasonable questions.

Do yourself a favor and do not go to this McDonald's, take the extra 5 minutes and go to Roosevelt McDonald's or just go to the Burger King across the street but under no circumstances go to this McDonald's. It is 9:49pm look at the time on my receipt. It shows 9:28pm 20minutes for fast food is crazy. The manager was exactly what you would expect. Unapologetic and zero customer service skills... You've been warned.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds you can find. Not only your order takes 15-30 minutes, it will be cold and probably wrong. In addition, we have observed how the employees fight and then threatened the manager in service. You get 2 stars because your morning staff is doing a marginally better job.
