Nice restaurant! Great location in downtown. On Tuesday the parking lot was not too bad. The restaurant was very clean and a great one for a first date! The hostess was very friendly and explained the menu. I tried the drunk chicken at Level 3 and it wasn't hot at all, so I'm going up a level next time. Everything I had was delicious and I will try again!

Big lunch in Indochine I ordered the chicken Laab salad and shrimp pad thai, both Thai hot. Both menu items were fantastic and remarkable. The Lamb Salad was the best. The depth and variety of tastes on the palate were top notch. Salty, sour, spicy were all in perfect balance. I must point out that while the Thai Hot was not above the top, it hit the brand with a great balance of both fresh and dried chili. The server said the portion sizes were large, but I found them both moderate. The pad Thai I was served was my favorite style; dark, a bit charred, salty and sweet, with a variety of balanced textures. My only criticism is that it was something too balanced. I felt like it had stretched a little more in one direction or another. My preference would have been a little sweeter or a little more sour. Overall though, I definitely enjoyed this version of Pad Thai. If I support my score on the salad, I would give this place a 5 star on the pad thai, a 4 star. The total value must be 4 on the basis of the service. My waiter was friendly and helpful, but they were very busy and he had missed too many tables, so many elements of the great service. I asked for Diet Coke, I got coke. I asked for a spice tablet and it wasn't halfway through the duck. He was extremely eager and could not visit anyone's needs. I am delighted that this place is going well, and my food was great, but more staff, and a better service would kick this place on a notch.
