Firehouse Subs Cassat - Jacksonville

The service is made quite fast for ordering. I had no sub of here I didn't like, or that wasn't prepared for my lust. I would recommend this place, cannot speak for the others tho,haha.

We came to this place ordered 2 subs and 1 salad for lunch yesterday. The lady who took our To-go order was very nice and accommodating. My teenagers wanted several things from their flesh and veggies subs. She stole everything right, per entrance. However, when we came home and opened it, they were with ALL the ingredients that they specifically asked to leave from Mayo, onions, tomatoes, etc. I had to throw them out. What a waste of money. I only give 2 stars because the woman was so nice and she was right. The people who make the subs never saw the order details.

The staff who worked at 6-20 at 8:30 a.m. at night were very nice, positive settings and fast service.

Boy I must be getting real old .This was my free birthday sub. Just turned 71 on 5/14/22 my blessing . I knew per my grandson who's birthday was in March no longer just show I'd verifying birthday , needed to have the app which I did.,but you have to go in app complete something to get a code. Thank this location assisted me to do that got my free sub. Next year will ck for all the rules if they are still doing it. Subs are delicious but can't afford 6 inch sub for almost $8 on retirement income but every now then.

Well they messed up my sub i paid extra for gluten free I'm celiac, and after a bit of confusion on the part of the sandwich maker they got my bread right and then I waited for sweet tea the women who seemed to be in charge dumped a bag of sugar in the fresh brewed tea and didn't stir I asked do you not need to stir it,? Where she said it will dissolve well of course it didn't so my tea had a few table spoons of sugar in the bottom of the cup. Not the best.
