Dunkin' - Jacksonville

That's the second time this happened. My order was thru in the drive, was not received, was said to pull the page and they will bring it out. 20 minutes later, after a dozen people come and go, I still don't have my order. At this point, I'm late for work. I'm going in and they're vulnerable. I'm asking for a refund and they're asking for a welcome. I've never been given one! The manager (I think) screams JUST GIVE HER ONE from behind and I finally got a refund. I'm leaving here EVERY DAY. I understand morning rush, but unprofessionality and disregard is different. I wasn't even given an apology.

Service is spot on at this location. Shift manager was great. Coffee was perfect and the banana split was picture perfect. This location has a meeting room.

Welcoming crew and great choices really makes you feel good walking in! My iced coffee is perfect! I order Caramel Vanilla and its just enough of each! Can't go wrong with a buttered croissant but this one was fresh and toasty. Thanks so much, keep up the good work!

This was my first time trying dd, it was fast and easy, the second time, I had to wait almost 15 minutes and I put my order online. Coffee was cold and so was the sandwich, not sure I'm going back.
