Arrived only to be told the order did not exist, despite the fact we had screenshots with a confirmation number and our card being charged. We were accused of not doing it correctly. When the manager called the company, they explained it was in future orders because we placed it yesterday. He gave an apology and explained they never checked that. We wasted 20 minutes arguing and it would have been easier to walk in and order than order ahead and argue. We completely understand computer glitches and human errors occur, but something to compensate for our frustration qnd wasted time would have been nice. Offer a discount or some type of free food...and research the issue before accusing the customer of being wrong. If this happened and had been handled correctly, we would think nothing of it. Things happen. However, this occurred AND was handled very poorly. We will take our business elsewhere.
Ariel no longer works here but her room mate does! She will take care of you! I had the chicken special with the one rib two sides this week! I have been known to eat here two to three times a week for lunch! Be patient with Ariel!!! She usually is the only waitress! And remember she has to clean the tables for the next customer! She will take good care of you! And don't be like the (4 wallyhogs) that ran her to death the other day when I was in there! Then left her a $1.00 tip! If you don't have money to leave a tip, get it to go!Food was delicious as always! Beef, Ribs, Chicken or Turkey with fries, slaw, baked beans and sweet tea!
My turkey sandwich was good as usual, but I have placed my order online. Daily specials were not displayed. The special thing this day was a turkey sandwich, a side and a drink. When I got my food, I asked if I should get a drink, because after everything that is special and I paid the same price as the special, I was told no... because the online order had no drink. I explained that the daily specials were not online and were sadly told. It's okay, I drank at home, but I think that could have been handled better.
Food was great but ordering online is useless. Ordered a big meal for my Child?s baptism on Thursday and was supposed to pick it up at 11:30am Sunday. When I showed up they had no idea I ordered. Manager came out and found the order mentioned something to the lady who was supposed to process it about ?your welcome? and then walked off. I tried to talk to him but he ignored me and walked back to his office. I was fine with all that. Mistakes happen. I asked the lady for a beer while I waited. She obliged took them about 30 minutes to put my food together and then as I walked out she said that will be $6.45 for the beer. I will not be back even though the bbq was good I?ve had better service from the IRS.
Always fast, convenient, and delicious. However tonight, due to being understaffed or whatever is going on in the kitchen this was almost digested by my child in a spoon full of her baked beans. Eating with silverware from home. There is no doubt it found its way there during preparation. I understand that there is a demand to get to the food out in a timely manner but this is extremely hazardous.
