Arby's - Jacksonville

Once again they got my order wrong. I know maybe you aren't happy working in fast food, but you chose to work here... so please just give me what I order!! I don't have this problem anywhere else. I ordered my lunch at the drive-thru and they gave me the wrong order. Then they ask me to pull forward because it will take a few to get the food right. Then they bring out the food and it's wrong again! That was enough. I was late getting back to work AND had no lunch today. BTW there was only 1 other car in the drive-thru and nobody at the counter. Don't stop here if you are in a hurry... in fact, don't stop here at all. Spend your time and money some place that appreciates the customer.

On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday you can get a Roastburger combo for only $5. It only comes with a small french fry and drink but it's still a good deal for only $5. The service was a little slow and this location looks really run down. Half the time it looks like the place is shut down if there aren't any cars in the drive thru. They also give discounts to seniors, law enforcement and military which is nice. They also have really good fruit flavored iced tea.
