Arby's - Jacksonville

That gets 2 stars because it's still eating arbys. I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the restaurant. we used the bath that looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. the floors in the toilet and restaurant are dirty. You stay on them when you go. I wanted to tell someone that the toilet room was dirty and 4 employees all took 2 minutes on their phones to realize that I was there. service was friendly.

Had to repeat my order 2 additional times to two different people at the window. The cashier took my payment. Then I waited for my food and after a few minutes the dude asks me yet again what I ordered. I told him and then he was claiming I didn't pay. The female cashier confirmed I had. But he continued to insist he needed payment again. They f you say.

We really like Arby's. The issue is they don't open on time. It says 10:00 am but when you are at the speaker at 10:30 one day and 10:00 am and 10:15 am on 3 sepetate visits and no one comes to the speaker to say we are closed we sat there till we realized they weren't going to respond and went else where.If the hours have changed let the customers know. Thank you

I wanted to try their new Burger I've been seeing.....must say it was delicious.!!!

They were out of what they are famous for, roast beef. So we got wraps which were good. But I wanted to try their strawberry lemonade, which I heard was good but they were out of that also but they did have regular lemonade. The visit was around 1:00-1:30 p.m. on a Thursday. Maybe supply issues are still going on that have been affecting so many stores and businesses. The employees were apologetic though.
