Chick-fil-a - Jacksonville Beach

Placed order for my sons birthday before 10:30 .Drove all the way to the store for them to tell me they couldn’t place the order since I was at the store by 10:30 . They really know how to waste peoples time . Could’ve canceled my order before I drove all the way there .

This location is consistent with leaving items off our order. It’s frustrating that stuff like this can’t be settled in the app. We will have to change our dinner plans for post soccer games. No need to continue to visit this place when they continue to let us down.

Was there about 2pm today. Disappointed in the temperature of the fries and the chicken. Staff was doing outstanding job.

Food has been going downhill like so many other fast food places. Profits above quality.

I ordered a 12 count grilled and it was not a 12 count, it was a 6.
