Wendy's - Jackson

I have lost my input to make the question there co, but I have to say that this place gets 10? 2 high five, the crew was awesome the restaurant was clean the eating was freshfood: 5/5

Visited this place 11/14 before the work(approx. 7 o'clock.) there was a team of workers, but no cashier. they hit me into the pick-up window to place my order (for they couldn't work the loudspeaker) then they asked me how much my meal usually costs. after approx. 5 minutes they fixed my food and came into the window (food in the hand) and repeated my price back to me. I pulled out my debit card and because she didn't know how the register works, she refused my card and stopped eating. but even if I had money, how would they make changes? it's sad that no one is overtrained to let things flow if someone (in this case the cash) doesn't show. and also where is/was the manager?! very disappointed with my experience this morning and I am still hungry.

I would have given a zero if I could! we have always asked for our food to be freshly cooked. they cannot get these a simple thing right. what I got was a dried double stack. the cheese was not melted, so there is no possibility, it was freshly cooked. this is every time we go to this place (1240 state street,) there is always a problem with the eating old. that is unacceptable! I will not come back until there is new management and personal! smh!

Very good food for fast eating) and excellent service

Just like every fast food joint in the USA. They promise a lot for a low price and in the end you're alwzys disappointed. The service was good and the staff was friendly but the food is simply bad. I would never give a high frie for Wendy's.
