Worst experience tonight. There were 2 of us and we ordered pretty simple items off of the menu. It took over 30 mins to get our food when the place was not busy. To top it off neither of our sandwiches were made correctly. I then ordered a Togo burger when I got my meal which I was told would be the best way to do it and it has taken well over 40 mins to get that because I'm still sitting here waiting for it. The wait staff was very pleasant and apologetic but the cook staff needs to get trained better or management needs to get some better help back there. 45 mins total for the wait and they did comp me the Togo order cost. So there is that. I was told it took so long because of door dash orders. My advice take care of the customers inside the establishment 1st!

Order food over phone when I picked up the food and got it home the onion rings were over cooked my fries for my chili cheese fries were undercooked my chips for my chips and salsa where stale cheese sticks where cold

I’m sorry but the night staff needs some help. I ordered a BLT and waffle fries, with cheese curds and they forgot the BLT when it was delivered AND gave sides of sour cream. Who in the right mind. This place is a JOKE. Oh and there are 5 waffle fries, not orders… individual fries. I’ve given this place too many chances and MAIN parts of our meal are always missing.

Had a chance to stop into this long-established Jackson restaurant for a photo shoot. Owner Tom and chef Pauline were all helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a good mix and variety of food, this restaurant has classic appetizers along some great burgers and sandwiches.If you are around Jackson, stop in and give them a try!
