The restaurant is typically great, but sometimes the salad bar is poorly managed.

I believe Ruby Tuesday Restaurant is underrated and deserves more recognition. I have always enjoyed the concept and food choices, not to mention the fantastic salad bar. If you haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday Restaurant yet, you should definitely give it a try. The pictures I have included are of the delicious birthday cheeseburger and baked potato I had, which were amazing. I had a great experience with the food and customer service during my recent visit. The staff, including the manager, were extremely friendly and helpful. I made a mistake with my online order, but the manager was understanding and honored it without any issues. I highly recommend Ruby Tuesday Restaurant as a great place to dine. The fresh salad bar looked tempting, and I was impressed with the overall experience. Thank you to everyone who helped with my takeout order, it was much appreciated.

I went to this restaurant for dinner and was greeted and seated promptly. The service was quick, although there weren't many servers. My server took my drink order and brought it promptly. I ordered the new chicken sandwich, which was delicious, and the onion rings were also well done. The only reasons I am deducting a star is because the server was a bit slow with drink refills, and the men's room had a strange smell that didn't add anything to the atmosphere.

This restaurant is usually very good. However, in the past, the salad bar has been neglected.

The experience was fantastic. I ordered the bourbon chicken plate and it was delicious in every way - taste, texture, and spiciness. I will definitely be returning. The waitress was delightful. It's hard to believe that she is a law graduate working at the restaurant. If her level of professionalism is any indication of what she will be like as an attorney, legal eagles should take note.
