Avocado toast is vegan when they remove feta. nothing else can even be made vegan. toast was good, though pricy. remove this from the happy kuh asap, otherwise the bar is very low. we left hayden and came back because it wasn't great and I wanted to make my non vegan vater happy. updated by previous review on 2021-09-26

What a difference in the year between the reviews, I guess. they had not mentioned any of the other reviews. there were no vegan baked (no matcha cookie), they had no suppers, and they couldn't even tell me if any of the brote are vegan (although I'm sure most are likely). I thought about getting the avocado toast sans feta, but I decided I didn't want to pay $12 for something that's small and then still dinge off. I give an additional star because the staff was very friendly and I like the ambiente (what makes it all the more disappointing). also the coffee was good and they have no milk.

The avocado toast can be made vegan by radiating it on one of their fresh vegan friendly brote and by removing the feta. it came with a lot of avocado, watermelons, and these amazing marinated tomatoes. it was super tasty, and was really nicely plated. the toast came as a thick disc and filled. I think it was a little pricy for toast, but I would still get it.

This bakery serves many gluten free items and some vegan items. They have a vegan soup each day and a delicious vegan matcha cookie. I had the chickpea soup and it was excellent. The lattes are delicious also. They have coconut milk and almond milk available. Some breads are vegan, but ask which ones.
