Mcdonald's - Jackson

There was one worker that stood out. She was making sure the job was done she took the orders got the orders and her memory was excellent. She knew exactly who each order went to by face. She did the fries and the drinks. Food was fresh hot and good. I enjoyed. I forgot the worker name but if u go there u will know exactly who she is.

Service is fast and unlike the Richland Mcdonalds they don't forget who had what. There straws are kept to the left of the counter so you have to remember to get them yourself. But honestly, I work at UMMC, I drive past the Mcdonalds in Richland everyday and I still prefer this Mcdonalds. The staff are always polite. Never had a bad experience

Good experience. Can be long lines at lunch. But overall does not mess up orders much.

This particular McDonald's staff is very courteous and attentive. The food and coffee is hot every time. McDonald on Hwy 18, Hwy 80, and Pearl need training from this staff.
