Little Caesars Pizza - Jackson

I can deal with the wait even tho is supposed to be hot and ready , but when did Little Ceasars Pizza become so thin? Just within this past year their dough is barely 3/8 inch thick. I get saving money... but where did quality go? That store is beyond rich and cutting back on something so signature kills me!

I highly suggest that you avoid the Jackson Little Caesars Pizza!! Never has my patience been so tested by a company. Placed an online order, and went to pick it up after we got the confirmation email. Turns out they gave away our order to someone else, and would have to make it all over fresh. Or so says Barbie who has so much makeup caked on her face that it barely moves, and who greeted me with ?What?? Que waiting over a half hour for our ?hot pizza?, which was not only pepperoni-only (we ordered 3 custom pizzas), but then they were cold. Forget the cheesy jalapeño dips we ordered... the person that picked up our order took the last ones. I tried calling to bring light to their issues, only to be on hold for over ten minutes. We tried the pizza... cold, and not even cut. A $41 dollar order that someone else got for free, and we got cold and late pizza. 0/10, would recommend that you avoid.

Understaffed chaotic! I waited 25 mins for a pepperoni pretzel crust pizza, 2 cheezy breads, 4 garlic butters, but they was not even made yet! The lady that took my order quoted a 15-20 min wait, which is acceptable, but after I waited longer than that they hadn't even made my order yet, I requested a refund went somewhere else! The crazy thing is there was ppl walking in out with the hot ready pizzas after I stood there forever waiting! I also watched them make probably 50+ pizzas while I was there, but none of them was the orders people was placing! There was 4 employees that I could see it looked very disorganized stressful for them the way they couldn't get their flow going to work as a team! Very disappointed because I drove from 30 mins away to just turn around empty handed! I would also like to say that ppl that were coming in for their pizza portal orders had to wait because their orders hadn't been made either!

Good pizza, fast, cheap. This place is a life saver with the kids. Jackson's store always has friendly people and seems clean and well cared for. Also accepts mobile payments like Apple pay and Android pay. Also there is no sales tax on the Hot And Ready pizzas. For some reason, Thursday nights seem to be particularly busy so you may need to wait for a couple of minutes. All in all a great store.
