Eat Point - Izmit

Even 1 star is too much. I am placing a large order of 100 euros, which I want to pay in cash. I was called and told that you cannot pay in cash, only with bancontact and that I had to wait for a link. In the meantime, I took a look at Google regarding this matter to see what the experiences are, since it is my first time here. And I see a lot of bad reviews so I ask why, they hung up. Then they call me back and I get 3 different people on the phone who do not want to answer my question and then the 3rd person immediately says OK, I will cancel. So instead of telling the customer they cancel immediately. Customer friendliness 0.0

Do not order food! We ordered food at 00:00 and then they arrive at 03:40 with cold food, all of which we didn't order. Ripped for €90

Really good food the pizza was delicious and servis very polite and friendly staff. Vegetarian options: There are different pizzas and fries of course. Parking: At least 10 cars can park there. Kid-friendliness: Spacious place for children and a corner for toddlers and preschoolers to play Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, large doors. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
