Subway - Ithaca

I accidentally have my order on this subway instead of on the mall. After the terrible treatment by the owner in the Ithaca Mall subway. I had to apologize for my mistake on this subway. Not only was the gentleman very nice and apologetic for what happened that he could get someone to deliver it to me at the mall because I couldn't go to get it because there wasn't enough time in my lunch break. I wish I caught his name because I am so grateful to him!

Hard work people I've ever seen. Orders are always correct, ladies can be a bit abrasive, but they do not mean damage. They seem stressed as if they could use help, but as long as you are polite and patient, it is a beautiful place to get a pretty decent sub.

Bread-Friend Meat good, but not enough on cheese-good Veggies-great, always fresh sauces- large, great variety and all very tasteful Just wish that they use more meat on any sandwich, be it ham, turkey, club or steak.

Went for lunch, it was busy but the line kept moving. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Would have gotten 5 stars if they had roast beef.
