Great location — what a view! Service was horrible though, seemed like the woman working there really wanted nothing to do with anything or anyone…

I stopped in here for an Americano and its a nice place. What I didnt realize was that I forgot my backpack with laptop/passport. The staff were able to locate my phone number and alert me that the bag was safe. I was shocked at their honesty and it turned my day around completely. I was very worried and upset that I had lost these items and they did me a huge favor. Thank you so much for your good deed. I will definitely come back to here.

Coffee and desserts here are excellent. So much better than Starbucks! Friendly owners will answer your questions about Istanbul and Turkey.
