Japan Ginger - Issaquah

Amazing food, amazing service! The owner Simo (not sure how to spell it) always makes the best food in Issaquah. It’s a place you can get a quick bite, or take time enjoying the dining experience. You can have a nice warm dish like teriyaki or a variety of fresh sushi. I have come here since I was a kid. I highly recommend!

Pretty solid teriyaki joint. The place was empty and there was only one person manning the place, but that was ok. Standard menu for teriyaki. I thought the regular chicken plate was good but general tso’s was a little different. Overall good, not exceptional. Friendly service.

He is the most hardest working man on this block! Makes the best teriyaki chicken in issaquah, WA come through and support he’s family business!!!

I absolutely adore this place. The chef/owner is such a nice man. It is a small one man show so it can sometimes take awhile if you are in a large group or there are a number of tables that show up around the same time but well worth the wait. Best sushi experience in Issaquah.
