A few Sundays before, on a visit to the sanctuary of San gabriele we came across a very nice girl by car, who distributed business cards of this place. Last Sunday we booked in the family. avoid the appetizers to enjoy the rest at best, we discovered a very good traditional cuisine, a great teramana guitar, a stew that melted in the mouth, and the roast of meat was really good. excellent semi-stagioned pecorino served with pears and honey (I would like pears and honey because the pecurine for us Abruzzo is appreciated natural especially if it is as good as this! of course the place was full, but we ate really well. price honest!!! we do not put 5 steles only for one reason: our grandmother, who was with us, besides being a writer of cooking texts, star chef and culinary criticism, made us born that gnocchi with sausage and truffles were ruined by the truffle sauce! then the gnocchi were good and also sausage but make the truffle sauce disappear please that truffle has nothing but only the essence and a taste with a hint of anchovy, however contained in the mix of the commercial jars of truffle sauces, which, combined with sausage, ruined a good dish. the service was a little slow but considering how full the place was we can absolutely not complain.
