Highbury is perhaps not the most trendy quarter, with its busy last roads and dirty walks. but recently a large selection of unique restaurants and caffes have opened up in the opposite, making it feel a cute neighbourhood. sawyer and gray is a charming little spot, with bladdered wooden walls, with wooden and mix-matched chairs furnished and with random small objects such as an old pen, bladder boxes and an antique bike hanging on the deck. the mumford and sons music in the background perfectly complements the decor and makes them feel, they are in a hipster country house, which is a wonderful opportunity to escape the city for a few hours. I tried her flat white, which was pretty, but usually I think her menu is great. the brie, cranberry and speck sandwich is really delicious and they have healthy delicious breakfast options. the prices are really reasonable and they can sit here for hours, read or just chat with a friend. the baristas are very friendly and they pay great attention to the customers. it is never too crowded, there are always enough tables and you usually see the same people. it really feels like a neighboring coffee shop and it's really nice to spend time here.
