I made a drink on Thursday night to be greeted only by the two bars/owners? very rude. the barman became angry when I asked for a vodka and a tonic, and informed me that they did not sell vodka because it did not bring us any cash, I would never have heard so much perseverance in my life. did the beefeater gin or wray and nephew bring something else I asked? Really good service, Nice ambience, but the food is overpriced, and for some dish the portion are ridiculously small. It cost us 77£ for two with two glass of wine 2 starter and 2 mains.
I'd happily go back for a drink, but I wouldn't eat there again, however tempting the menu looks.

I feel bad. It has taken me a good few weeks to write this one up. A few months ago, I was invited to try out Public House, a restaurant cum bar just off Upper Street in Islington. Not really sure what to expect, I was intrigued by some of the flavor comb
