Monte's Delicatessen - Islington

What an incredible restaurant! The staff is so friendly, the place is clean, and the food is high quality. It's not cheap, but it's also not expensive. I had a delicious meze from the restaurant.

There are numerous delicious options at this restaurant, with friendly and pleasant staff. Everything on the menu, from cheese and olives to antipasti to sweets and snacks, is excellent.

This is the best Italian deli in London. The personal service is great, making Islington feel like a true neighborhood. I love this place.

After working in a gourmet deli in Australia and having a special taste for the offered fare, it was nice to stumble a quiet little road in angel through a complete accident over monte’s delicatessen. ground meat strengths are perfect and depend on a steady and well-trained hand. if they are looking for charcuterie to entertain, speciality Italian ice creams, antipasto, handmade pasta, or weeping they would do an unhealthy to give this (now the clip for me my friends) wonderful little deli a peruse.

Love this deli! Friendly, helpful owners, it's always a pleasure to chat with them. The vegetarian lasagne is equalled by none! High quality food in store. A wee gem of a place.
