Burrito Bros - Islington

Every time I leave work to go home, I can't help but miss this wonderful Burrito place where I can enjoy a delicious burrito and have a friendly chat with the owner. The food here is simply amazing and so tasty! I can't imagine my routine without getting my burrito from Burrito Bros. Have you tried the Barb Burrito? It's absolutely delicious!

This place is hands down the best burrito I've had outside of San Francisco. I used to live on burritos when I was in the city, so I've tried many since moving away. Most have been a disappointment, but this place was a pleasant surprise. Despite the owner's mom being a bit heavy-handed with the packaging, the quality of the ingredients and the freshness of the salsa really made it stand out. It was a taste sensation, comparable to the best burritos in San Fran. Seriously, I was blown away.

I had a great experience at Burrito Bros in Clerkenwell. After work, I wanted to meet some friends and grab a quick bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant on the corner of St. Johns Road and Clerkenwell Road. The chicken burrito I had was incredibly generous and tasted like the authentic Mexican burritos I had during my recent trip to Mexico. It was seriously delicious!

Love this place for lunch. You a big tasty burrito that's tastier and better value than other burrito places around Barbican way. I fear my friends and I are becoming a little obsessed as it is a weekly, if not twice weekly, visit. The quality and quantity for the price really pushes this place above the others locally. I would tell you the best time to go, but then I'd never get in myself as it's only a tiny place. The lovely warm substantial burrito certainly helps on these wintery days.

If you've ever had authentic burritos or even burritos from chains like Chipotle and Qdoba in America, don't even bother going to Burrito Bros. Their food doesn't taste nearly as fresh nor does it have enough flavour. On top of that, they are quite stingy with their sour cream and guacamole. I had an extremely tough time even finishing my burrito, which is surprising since I've always loved them. If you've never really had a burrito, then go for it, you won't no any better. But if you have, I definitely wouldn't try this place. I won't be going back again.
