Mcdonald's - Isleta Pueblo

What's the point of requesting special processing of an order if nothing is correct? They put the sticker saying that they did it on the food/drink items but they don't do anything.

This McDonald's has Horrible customer service I came on Thursday night ordered a burger and they charged me for it and never gave it to me with my order. Very rude employees. I also ordered a Shamrock shake. First they told me they had it then they said that they ran out and I also ordered some cookies and they charged me for them but we're not included in my order. Very bad customer service. This McDonald's sucks at this location.

This place is horrible after 8pm.. the overnight manager is so ignorant and the food he serves is old and re heated. The app never works begat they shut it off or pretend its not working but yet it's down every time I go. The drive thru guy is horrible at his job and sounds like he is bothered that I showed up to oder.... get a new job bro if your that bothered. Also don't be open late of your gonna treat your late night customers like this.

Every item was stale, my sauce I paid for wasn't in the bag, and no straw. Whoever closed Monday March 4th is incompetent. And clearly shouldn't be allowed near a griddle or fryer again

The customer service experience I encountered at the drive-through fell short of my expectations. The lady that took my order seemed to lack professionalism and exhibited rudeness. I believe it’s essential to ensure that employees maintain a high standard of service.
