Einstein Bros. Bagels - Isleta Pueblo

The bagels were okay, would have been a little better if they had toasted them like I requested. They were cold and chewy. The sandwiches were not good at all. The cucumbers smelled and tasted like catfish. My chai latte tasted like chai water. The only good thing was the bag of chips.

Always great smiling service, that's why I come here. Downloaded the app. Did the survey. Went in to grab breakfast and my 2 bagels for my employees. No smile , no welcome. Nothing this morning. She took my order for my breakfast. I presented my coupon with the survey. Before I could say anything she said you order your breakfast sandwich this is for 2 bagels. I told her necermind give me my coupon back. Paid for my Breakfast and went to Starbucks to order for my employees. I always tip money and or comp cards. Not today. Huge let down. If she's there again I'll go to Starbucks.

Great food, average service. Prices are decent. A great variety to choose from. Good location but crudy parking. If you love a good bagel breakfast sandwich, this is the place for you. Nice that they have you the choice of one or two eggs on your sandwich.

Each time i have come into this location i have felt unwanted. I asked for simple modifications and got an eye roll. They weren’t wearing name tags, but the people who were running the register need a review on customer service. If I am paying 20 dollars for my order I hope that I would get what I’m paying for.

The bagels were good and prepared quickly. I didn't like that I got a free bagel and schmeer promotion for national bagel day, but I was originally charged for the smear. I questioned it and the counter person told me I was charged for getting it toasted! $2.39,Really? He ended up taking it off, But you shouldn't have to haggle when you're offered a free promotion.
